FOR ENTERING INTO A PAID SERVICES AGREEMENT
INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF HYPNOSIS LLP, a limited liability partnership (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), duly registered and operating in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, represented by its designated partner Dimitri KRIVIZ, hereby offers an unlimited number of individuals to enter into a paid services agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) under the following terms and conditions:


1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. Services — informational and consulting services provided by the Service Provider in the form of the online course “Transformation”, including access to informational materials, webinars, and consultations conducted by the Service Provider. The scope and composition of each Service package are specified on the Service sales page on the Service Provider’s Website.
1.2. Public Offer — an offer by the Service Provider, addressed to an unlimited number of individuals in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, to enter into this Agreement on the terms set forth herein.
The Offer includes this text published on the Website, its appendices, and other information referenced herein and posted on the Website.
The Service Provider has the right to amend this Offer and any related documents posted online at any time without prior notice to the User. Amendments enter into force upon publication unless otherwise stated.
The version of the Offer valid at the moment of acceptance shall apply; therefore, the User undertakes to review the Offer on the Website immediately prior to acceptance.
1.3. Service Provider’s Website — the publicly accessible website of the online course “Transformation,” located at https://krivizpraktikum.site and its subdomains, serving as the official source of information about the Service Provider and its Services.
1.4. Acceptance — the User’s full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer, resulting in the conclusion of an Agreement.
1.5. User — an individual who has reached the age of 18, has accepted this Public Offer, and has paid for the Services.
1.6. Parties — the Service Provider and the User.
1.7. Course / Online Course — a set of informational and consulting Services including access to materials, webinars, and consultations.
1.8. Informational Materials — intellectual property developed by the Service Provider in audiovisual format (video lectures), the exclusive rights to which belong to the author of the Course.
1.9. Platform — the electronic platform hosting the informational materials through which the User gains access.
1.10. Tariff — the price approved by the Service Provider for the relevant Service package, as published on the Website.
1.11. Contract Price — the price of the informational and consulting services forming the online course, determined according to the selected Tariff. The Service Provider may grant discounts or modify prices for specific dates, periods, intakes, or promotional campaigns.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the User with paid informational and consulting services for organizing and conducting the “Transformation” Course in accordance with the selected Tariff, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for the Services.
2.2. The User shall pay the Course price according to the selected Tariff published on the Website.
2.3. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the User will achieve any specific results, including financial results, from applying the skills obtained in the Course.
2.4. Any claims regarding the effectiveness of the knowledge or skills acquired during the Course shall not be made against the Service Provider. All responsibility for use and outcomes lies solely with the User.
3. PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING SERVICES
3.1. Services are provided by granting access to informational materials (video lectures), webinars, and consultations.
3.2. The Service period is determined by the Course program under the selected Tariff.
3.3. Full or partial payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
3.4. Upon payment, the Service Provider undertakes to deliver the Services in accordance with the selected Tariff.
3.5. The scope, subject matter, price, and conditions of the Services are determined based on information published on the Website.
3.6. The Services are intended to meet the User’s informational needs with the possibility of practical application.
3.7. Access to informational materials is provided immediately after payment via the Platform. Webinars and consultations are delivered according to schedule.
3.7.1. The Service of granting access is deemed rendered once access to the Platform is provided. From that moment, refunds for access to materials are not possible.
3.7.2. Webinars and consultations are rendered and accepted step-by-step without signing acceptance acts. Each session is deemed completed at its conclusion and is non-refundable.
3.8. Services are provided remotely via the Internet unless otherwise stated.
3.9. The Services are informational and advisory only and do not constitute medical services under any circumstances.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
The Service Provider has the right to:
• receive information necessary for service delivery;
• receive payment in accordance with the Tariff;
• reschedule or cancel webinars or consultations with prior notice;
• publish User-generated materials and reviews without compensation;
• suspend Services for non-payment;
• terminate the Agreement unilaterally in case of material breach, including copyright violations, without refund;
• involve third parties;
• block feedback or participation for violations of conduct rules.
The Service Provider undertakes to:
• provide Services according to this Agreement and Tariff;
• inform the User of rules and conditions of Service delivery.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The User has the right to receive Services of proper quality.
The User undertakes to:
• pay for Services on time;
• comply with UK law and this Agreement;
• refrain from disruptive, defamatory, or unlawful conduct;
• respect intellectual property rights;
• maintain confidentiality of access credentials;
• refrain from distributing Course materials or using them commercially.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
6.1. Prices are determined by the selected Tariff.
6.2. Prices may be changed unilaterally and do not affect already paid Services.
6.3. Payment is made in full by non-cash methods unless internal instalments are granted.
6.4. Course price consists of:
• 60% — informational materials;
• 40% — webinars/consultations.
6.5. A €100 deposit may be paid to reserve a seat; it is non-refundable unless the Course is cancelled by the Service Provider.
6.6. Payment is deemed made upon receipt of funds by the Service Provider.
7. LIABILITY
Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
Total liability of the Service Provider is limited to the amount paid by the User.
Penalties of €10,000 apply for copyright infringement or reputational harm.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials are protected by copyright.
The User receives a non-exclusive right to view materials for personal use only.
Any distribution, copying, resale, or derivative use is prohibited.
9. TERMINATION AND REFUNDS
Refunds are possible only for Services not yet rendered, in accordance with the formula and procedure outlined in Appendix 2.
The Service Provider may, at its discretion, issue refunds within 7 days from Course start minus fees.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
• Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• UK law applies.
• Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Invalidity of any provision does not affect the remainder.
